Unipos User Terms of Use

These User Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “User Agreement”) shall apply to the entire relationship between the users of Unipos and Unipos Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) with respect to the use of Unipos.

The User Agreement is legally binding between you and the Company. You shall agree to abide by the Company’s current version of the Unipos Terms of Service, which is incorporated into the User Agreement as part of this User Agreement. By accessing or using the Service (as defined in Section 1) or by continuing to access or use the Service after being notified of any changes to the User Agreement or the Unipos Terms of Service, you shall be deemed to be aware of and agree to abide by the User Agreement and the Unipos Terms of Service.

Section 1: Definitions

Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the definitions of the following terms in this Agreement shall be as follows:
  1. Service: Unipos as provided by the Company (including any new name if the name is changed)
  2. Customer: a corporate entity that uses the Service
  3. User: any employee or officer of a Customer who is authorized by a Customer to use the Service

Section 2: Basic Principles

  1. The User shall not engage in any of the acts stipulated in Article 12 of the Unipos Terms of Service (Japanese Only). The Company shall not be involved in or responsible for any problems regarding the use of the Service that may arise between the User and the Customer.
  2. Personal information of the Customer and the User shall be handled appropriately in accordance with Article 17 of the Terms of Service (Japanese Only) and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

  2. Please contact the administrator for rules regarding the use of the Service, which are individually defined by the Customer.
